Terms & Conditions

1. Before We Start Work

• We are not responsible for any problems, defects, or damage that existed before we began work.
• This includes hidden faults, worn or damaged equipment, structural weaknesses, or existing livestock health issues.

2. After We Finish

• Once our work is complete, PureAquatics is not liable for any damage, equipment failure, leaks, livestock loss, or other issues that occur after we leave.
• This applies whether or not the issue appears to be connected to our work.

3. Customer's Responsibility

You agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the work area.
• Inform us of any known issues before we begin.
• Maintain the aquarium and equipment according to the manufacturer's guidance.

4. Liability Waiver

By signing the Work Order:

• You waive all claims against PureAquatics for any damage, loss, or injury occurring before, during, or after our work.
• You accept full responsibility for the aquarium, property, and livestock after we finish.

5. Limits of Liability

• If PureAquatics is found liable for any reason, our maximum liability will not exceed the total cost of the service provided.
• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (including livestock loss, property damage, or business interruption).

6. Payments

• All payments are required within 14 days of the invoice issue date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept payment via BACS or cash.
• Any payments not made in full within 30 days of the invoice issue date will be subject to a 5% late payment charge on the outstanding balance.
• This late payment charge will be applied monthly if the payment remains unpaid.

7. Livestock Policy

• All livestock supplied by PureAquatics is quarantined prior to delivery to ensure the highest standards of health and care.
• In the unlikely event of livestock loss, you must notify PureAquatics in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
• If reported within this time frame, you will be entitled to a credit for the value of the animal.
• PureAquatics Ltd reserves the right to collect the deceased animal and, where necessary, carry out a post-mortem examination.
